The Registrar serves to maintain student data and course enrollment. All requests for grades and course changes must go through the registrar. Alaska Christian College, in accordance with FERPA, does not release information without the written request of the student.
At the beginning of each semester, admitted and provisional student seeking enrollment in a particular class are required to fill out & sign a registration form listing their course selection for that particular session, and return it to the Registration Office.
Add/Drop/Audit a course
Students may add, drop, audit a course in any session within the Add/Drop deadline and audit deadline noted in the Academic Calendar for that semester. Audited courses do not count toward requirements for the certificates. To add, drop, or audit a course complete the ADD DROP AUDIT Form and give it to the registrar.
To receive a transcript, students and alumni must submit a transcript request online by visiting https://akcc.populiweb.com/router/request_transcript. Alaska Christian College, in accordance with FERPA, does not release information without the written request of the student. Official transcripts can only be given if the student’s bill is paid in full.
